In addition, the customer receives the information provided for in articles L 121-18 and L 121-19 of the consumer code, before and after the conclusion of the sale and in particular by these general conditions of sale which he declares to have read. before the validation of his order and to which he has access from the site www.tipinid.com. Photos of items for sale on the site www.tipinid.com have no contractual value and may vary slightly from the items themselves.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF VALIDITY
The prices of the products sold on the site www.tipinid.com are indicated by article and reference and include all taxes (TTC) excluding delivery costs. At the time of validation of the order, the price to be paid by the customer means the all-inclusive price, i.e. the sum of the price including tax of the items that make up the order plus delivery costs depending on the delivery method chosen. The products for sale on the site www.tipinid.com are available within the limits of available stocks. If one or more items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will then have the choice between keeping the rest of his order or canceling it in full. If the customer's bank card has been debited, the refund of the amount concerned will be made by crediting the bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment within 30 days at the latest. Sale prices are valid on a selection of items listed on the e-shop, while stocks last.

ARTICLE 5 – STEPS IN THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE

2- Add the items to your basket.
3- Complete the order form.
4- Check the elements of your order, identify and correct any errors made during entry.
5- Validate the order, the total price and the all-inclusive price, by clicking on "Payment", which implies acceptance of TIPINID's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6- Your bank account is debited with the all-inclusive price including the total price of the items shipped and the delivery costs.
7- You will receive electronically an acknowledgment of receipt confirming your order.
8- You receive your package at the delivery address you indicated when ordering.
TIPINID may refuse to honor any order that is abnormal or abusive.

ARTICLE 6 – SECURE PAYMENT
The price of the products is payable on the day of the actual order. Payment is made securely via the electronic payment module set up by our partner Stripe, hereinafter referred to as the "Stripe module", either by debiting the customer's Stripe account or by credit card. The precise list of accepted bank cards is notified to the customer during the payment process via the Stripe module. The customer making a payment via the Stripe module is deemed to have read and fully accepted the "Privacy regulations", the "Terms of use" and the "Essential information on payment and service" available at any time on the Stripe module and in the payment confirmation email sent to the customer who has just finalized an order. TIPINID cannot be held responsible for modifications, erratums... likely to appear in the information disseminated by Stripe. Furthermore, TIPINID reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt of payment. When the order is being delivered, the customer receives an e-mail indicating the Colissimo tracking number. TIPINID cannot be held responsible for losses, delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to La Poste. In the event of an error in the wording of the delivery address by the customer, TIPINID will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the products ordered. In this case, the costs incurred for the return of the products will be charged to the customer. Any order delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which will be imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the delivery tracking mentioned on the La Poste website. If 7 working days after the shipment of the package, the customer has no news of his order, he must contact the post office closest to the place of delivery. If neither the post office nor the delivery tracking system offered on the Colissimo websites and mentioned above claim to have a trace of this package, the customer must then contact the TIPINID company through its Service. Customer Relations who will then open an investigation with the services of La Poste. La Poste's final response times vary from one to three weeks from the date the file is taken into account. In any case, the delivery of our products on time can only occur if our buyers are up to date with their obligations towards us. It is up to the customer to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious traces of deterioration. Said reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days, not including public holidays, following the delivery of the products, a copy will be immediately sent to the company TIPINID. Failure to file a complaint within the said deadlines will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code. The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the items delivered do not conform in kind or in quality to the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the customer must inform the TIPINID Customer Relations Department by email: tipinid@gmail.com and return the items. at the address and under the conditions provided for in Article.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Notwithstanding the specific warranty conditions provided to the customer with the item delivered, the items marketed on the www.tipinid.com website are subject to the warranty conditions provided for by law. The responsibility of the company Maud Lepicard-Dubois, TIPINID, cannot be engaged:
– in the event of breach of contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure;
– in the event of non-substantial differences between the photos, texts and illustrations of the articles on our site and the articles ordered.
The company Maud Lepicard-Dubois, TIPINID, cannot be held liable in the event of bodily injury and/or immaterial and/or material damage that may result from a malfunction or misuse of the products present and marketed on the site.

La responsabilité de TIPINID au titre des obligations des présentes Conditions Générales de Vente ne saurait être engagée pour des pertes indirectes qui se produisent suite à la perte ou au dommage principal, notamment à des pertes de bénéfices ou pertes d’opportunités ; ou suite au manquement à assurer la livraison des marchandises ou à satisfaire l’une ou l’autre de ses obligations aux présentes lorsque ledit manquement est dû à un événement relevant de la force majeure tel que définie par les juridictions françaises ou à tout autre évènement qui n’a pas été raisonnablement sous le contrôle exclusif de TIPINID.
La responsabilité de TIPINID sera, en tout état de cause, limitée au montant de la commande et ne saurait être mise en cause pour de simples erreurs ou omissions qui auraient pu subsister malgré toutes les précautions prises dans la présentation des produits.
